Bóymoder Crepes
Ingredients
Makes 6-8 crepes
- 3 eggs
- 120g flour (1 cup)
- 120g water (½ cup)
- 180ml milk (¾ cup)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- Butter (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients
- Whisk until combined
- Optionally, but highly recommended, let the batter rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge
- On a pan at medium heat, add about a tablespoon of butter (ideally add more butter for every crepe)
- Cook the batter (~⅓ per crepe) for about a minute and a half on the first side, or until it starts to brown appear, then about 1 minute on the other side
