Bóymoder Flat Bread Pancakes
Ingredients
Makes 3-4 flat breads depending on size of the pancakes you make
- 120g flour (1 cup)
- 240g water (1 cup)
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients
- Whisk until combined
- Heat up a lightly oiled nonstick pan, or well oiled normal pan, on medium high heat (if you're using a normal pan, you might have to grease the pan for every 2 or so pancakes to prevent sticking)
- Cook the batter for 2-3 minutes on the first side, or until brown spots appear, then about 1 minute on the other side

Notes
- You can play around with this recipe a lot, change a bit or all of the water for milk or eggs, season the batter with whatever you like, make them thicker or thinner, add 1 or 2 tablespoon sugar to make them brown more, add 1 or 2 tablespoon butter or olive oil to make them fluffier, add 1 teaspoon baking powder to make them puff up ever more
- If you want to make the pancakes chewier, whisk more, although it still won't be as chewy as a flat bread made from actual dough
