Bóymoder Semolina Pasta

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the salt into the water
  2. In a bowl with the semolina, add the water and mix with a spoon
  3. Combine it into a ball with a spoon then your hands
  4. Place the ball of dough into a counter and knead until it's smooth and pressing on it makes it bounce back
  5. Wrap it in a damp tea towel or plastic wrap so it doesn't form a skin and let it rest for at least 20 minutes
  6. Shape the dough, the simplest way are small gnocchis
    1. Use your hands to roll the dough into a snake about 1-3cm (0.3-1in) wide depending on how you want it
    2. Cut them into many small squares/rectangles
  7. Cook the pasta
  8. Enjoy your boymoder semolina pasta :3
