Bóymoder Torta Alema (Simple Cream Pie)
Ingredients
- Thin biscuits/cookies/crackers
- Pastry cream
- Ganache
- ~240ml milk (1 cup)
Instructions
- Dip the biscuits into the milk and lay them out in a deep baking dish
- Add a layer of pastry cream above the biscuits
- Repeat 1. and 2. until out of pastry cream
- Add another layer of biscuits
- Add the ganache
- Place the pie in the fridge for at least 2 hours for it to set
